Shipping and delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 PM EST are processed the same business day and ship within 24 hours from our New York warehouse. Weekend and holiday orders ship on the next business day. Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days and costs $7 plus $1 per item. 2nd Day Express (2 to 3 business days) is available at checkout.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Opened bottles are accepted as long as the fragrance was only tested, not used in excess. Returns use our prepaid US label, and $6.95 is deducted from the refund to cover it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after our warehouse receives the item.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is a genuine brand-name product, sourced from an established US fragrance distributor. We never sell imitations, dupes or "inspired by" versions.
What is a tester?
A tester is the same fragrance as the retail version. It usually comes in a plain box, sometimes without a cap, because brands make testers for stores to let customers try the scent. You get the same fragrance for less. For a gift, choose the retail box.
